American Lightning

American Lightning ties with Madam Liberty for the place of third most powerful All-American. He has two unique powers that he uses to take out enemies: his ability to generate lightning from his body and his ability to run faster than a speeding bullet. When he is running, he can smash through walls, people and tanks without taking any damage to his body. As he runs, he can also generate lightning around him to zap anyone who comes near.
