Madam Liberty

Madam Liberty is the wife of New Colossus. She Is tied for the third most powerful heroes in the All-Americans with American Lightning. She can break down walls and shatter windows using a super sonic scream. Usually, she wields two electrified whips into battle that can burn a person to a crisp with a mere touch. She cannot fly, but she can run very fast for long distances and jump far enough to cover at most a mile of ground.
